Occasionally, I host workshops focused on embodiment practices, somatic movement, yoga, self-massage, and more.

What excites me most in my work is seeing you take ownership of your health and become more connected to your body and intuition, and therefore more empowered to share your gifts with the world. ​
Learn simple, effective ways that you can soften and balance your jaw at home with a mix of external and intraoral techniques as well as nervous system regulation practices. Take an active role in your health, deepen your body awareness, and feel better in your body. Starting March 31, 2026.
Come home to your body and inhabit your intuition through ritual, connection, movement, yoga, (self)touch, and written reflection. This won’t be your first time meeting your intuition, of course - rather, it’s an opportunity for you to make room for deepening your relationship with it through experience. (Registration closed.)
Understand through your embodied experience: the foundations of your central nervous system, how different nervous system states feel in your body, how and where patterns of tension are held in your body, and paths to release, regulation, and integration. (Sold Out)
