What I Offer
MASSAGE THERAPY
To treat postural imbalance, pain, and stress, I work with muscle, fascia, and the nervous system, mixing massage with breathwork and gentle movement. I use a blend of modalities, including:

1:1 MOVEMENT FOR YOUR BODY
In these sessions, I offer a blend of yoga and somatic movement tailored for your body, addressing your postural imbalances and targeting your pain points (this is why I only offer these to existing massage clients). I will share the class plan with you so that you can practice at home. These are restorative/slow-paced sessions that aim to manage and relieve pain, decrease postural imbalances, and regulate your nervous system (de-stress).

The Space
My massage studio is located in a cozy and private room full of natural light located in the back of The Yoga Tree in Fremont. Massage clients enter through the back door of the building to access the massage studio even when yoga classes are in session in the main studio. We will complete our intake, treatment, and checkout inside the massage studio for your privacy.

Massage clients and yoga students have access to a gender-neutral bathroom and a small kitchen area with a sink, water, and tea.

Community Fund
Clients have the option, instead of tipping, to add a percentage onto their session price which will be added to the Community Fund.
Clients who would otherwise find it difficult to afford their session will be able to pay on a sliding scale with the rest of their fee covered by the community. Please apply to draw from the Community Fund below if you feel you'd benefit from community support.
