MASSAGE THERAPY
To treat postural imbalance, pain, and stress, I work with muscle, fascia, and the nervous system, mixing massage with breathwork and gentle movement. I use a blend of modalities, including:

CRANIOSACRAL THERAPY (CST)
CST is an osteopathic, gentle touch approach to balancing the Craniosacral System, which includes the nervous system's supporting structures: the cranium, spine, and sacrum. To relieve pain and imbalance, CST frees the flow of cerebrospinal fluid, releases tension in the fascial network, mobilizes the cranial nerves, and regulates the nervous system, enhancing whole-body wellness and supporting the development of a deeper connection with the body.​

The Space
My office is located in a cozy and private room full of natural light located in the back of The Yoga Tree in Fremont. Clients enter through the back door of the building for access that doesn't disturb yoga classes in the main studio. We will complete our intake, treatment, and checkout inside the office for your privacy.

Clients and yoga students have access to a gender-neutral bathroom and a small kitchen area with a sink, water, and tea.
