Who this is for:
You’ve read the books, and you ‘know’ the tools (hey, you watch videos of grounding practices all the time!). You’re ready to bridge the gap between knowledge and practice: the space where your inner wisdom emerges.
As social creatures, we can’t always expect ourselves to practice alone: there is a potency to community gathering and learning through sharing.
This workshop is a container where you will be invited to come home to your body and inhabit your intuition through ritual, connection, movement, yoga, (self)touch, and written reflection. This won’t be your first time meeting your intuition, of course - rather, it’s an opportunity for you to make room for deepening your relationship with it through experience.
Come as you are. Bring your curiosity.
From a place of cultivated safety and groundedness, we will explore the questions:
What does coming home to your body mean to you? How do you find safety and center?
What is intuition? What is not? What does your intuition feel like?
What is the next available change or step on your path?
This workshop is for all levels: those who already have awareness of their intuition and those who consider themselves "not intuitive" will have space to explore these questions together.

Schedule & Location
We will meet every Wednesday at 7pm at the Yoga Tree in Fremont, starting on February 18, 2026.
2/18, 2/25, 3/4, 3/11, 3/18, 3/25
Together, we'll move through the dark with yin intention, gathering energy to bloom in the spring.
I am a bodyworker, yoga teacher, and community member who explores many paths to remembering our (always present) wholeness: embodiment practices, promoting nervous system health, myofascial and osteopathic work, community building, and ritual.
I teach what I am most curious about, and I offer this workshop to you as a peer in learning, holding a container for your experience and sharing the wisdom of the teachers, researchers, practitioners, and artists who have come before me. What excites me most in my work is seeing you become more connected to your body and intuition, and therefore more self-referential and empowered to share your gifts with the world.
