Hi, I'm Brenna. I'm a licensed massage therapist, craniosacral therapist, and yoga teacher. I arrived at this work by pulling the thread of my curiosity, and continuing to follow that pull is what keeps my work alive. I stay engaged in my education, training, and research, and I am mentored by teachers far ahead of me who I deeply respect. Practicing and teaching is my way of learning what most interests me.

 

Bodywork feeds my mind, heart, and sense of groundedness. Movement and embodiment have been my solace, my joy, and my medicine for life.
